        • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, private keys, and wallet access. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

        • Wallet Responsibility: As a decentralized platform, you may connect a cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for managing your private keys and any associated risks.

      5. User Conduct

      You agree to use the platform responsibly and not to:

         

          • Post false, misleading, or illegal content.

          • Violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

          • Harass, defame, or harm other users.

          • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or manipulate the platform or its underlying blockchain.

          • Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activities.

        We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms at our discretion.

        6. Freelancer and Client Agreements

           

            • Direct Relationship: Freelancers and clients enter into agreements directly with each other. We provide the platform but are not a party to these contracts unless specified.

            • Payments: Transactions may occur via cryptocurrency or third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with all payment terms and applicable tax obligations.

            • Disputes: You are responsible for resolving disputes with other users. We may offer optional mediation tools but are not obligated to intervene.

          7. Blockchain and Decentralized Features

             

              • Immutable Records: Actions like payments or contract agreements recorded on the blockchain are permanent and cannot be altered or reversed by us.

              • Risks: You acknowledge the risks of blockchain technology, including loss of funds due to lost keys, network failures, or smart contract vulnerabilities.

              • No Control: We do not control the blockchain network and are not liable for its performance or security.

            8. Fees

               

                • Platform Fees: We may charge fees for certain services (e.g., transaction fees, premium features). These will be disclosed at the point of use.

                • Network Fees: Blockchain transactions may incur gas or network fees, which are set by the underlying network and not by us.

                • Changes: We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice.

              9. Intellectual Property

                 

                  • Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., portfolios, project descriptions) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store it as necessary to operate the platform.

                10. Limitation of Liability

                    • We are not liable for losses due to blockchain failures, third-party actions, user disputes, or your failure to secure your account.

                    • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

                  You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and our team harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

                      • By You: You may stop using the platform at any time. Note that blockchain data (e.g., transaction records) cannot be deleted.

                      • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, legal requirements, or at our discretion with notice where feasible.

                      • Effect: Termination does not relieve you of obligations (e.g., payment disputes) incurred prior to termination.
